"elsker, elsker ikke" - "loves me, loves me not"

deep in a fantasy world, where colors reflect our psyche instead of beauty, and where creatures emerge without any expectations, is where this painting came out from. 

with birds flying upside down, and a mixture of abstaction and figurative expressions, this painting was a blast to make.

i like delving into the shadow aspects of our selves when creating, and im intentionally leaving some "darker marks" in the end product, because life isnt always sunshine and glitter, and the more we dare to view the imperfections, the more at peace we become. peace doesent come from wanting change, rather, accepting the present moment as is. 

the main character is eating a flower, hence the name "loves me, loves me not" but instead of picking every petal, he decided to just take it all in one go - "LOVES"
